Upon submission to NSMJ, manuscripts undergo an initial editorial evaluation for key criteria including contribution, originality, plagiarism, relevance, and presentation. Only those submissions that successfully clear this stage are forwarded for peer review. To ensure and enhance publication quality, NSMJ strictly employs a double-blind peer-review process, guaranteeing the anonymity of both authors and reviewers. The Editor will communicate the reviewers' comments—received from at least two members of the editorial board or external reviewers—to the author. This comprehensive review process typically requires a minimum of four weeks for a final decision. Authors are required to revise their manuscript according to any reviewer comments. The Editor's decision is final, and all correspondence related to the submission will be conducted via email.
