A Study On Customer Satisfaction Towards Bharat Gas With Special Reference To Coimbatore District
Author: MS. Revathi G, MS. Krishna Sri V

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has become an essential household fuel in India To conclude,
Bharat Gas has the potential to further strengthen its position in the market by focusing on:
 Improving delivery timelines
 Enhancing customer service responsiveness
 Ensuring transparency in operations
 Increasing customer awareness programs
By addressing these key areas, Bharat Gas can not only improve customer satisfaction but
also build long-term customer loyalty and sustain its competitive advantage in the LPG
market due to its convenience, efficiency, and environmental advantages. Among the major
LPG providers, Bharat Gas (a unit of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) plays a
significant role in supplying cooking gas to both urban and rural consumers. With increasing
competition and rising customer expectations, understanding customer satisfaction has
become crucial for improving service quality and retaining customers.
This study focuses on analyzing the level of customer satisfaction towards Bharat Gas
services in Coimbatore city. The research is based on primary data collected through
structured questionnaires and secondary data obtained from journals, reports, and previous
studies. The study examines key factors influencing customer satisfaction such as booking
convenience, delivery time, staff behavior, safety measures, pricing, and grievance handling.
Findings from earlier research indicate that customer satisfaction in LPG services largely
depends on service quality dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and
empathy. The study also reveals that ease of booking and safety measures are generally rated
highly by customers, while delivery delays and customer service responsiveness remain areas
of concern.
In Coimbatore, issues such as delayed delivery, underweight cylinders, and lack of
transparency in service have been reported, affecting customer satisfaction levels.
Additionally, technological advancements like online booking and subsidy transfer schemes
have improved customer convenience but still require better awareness and execution.
The study concludes that while customers are moderately satisfied with Bharat Gas services,
there is significant scope for improvement in delivery efficiency, complaint resolution, and
service reliability. Recommendations include enhancing digital services, improving staff
training, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining transparency in operations to achieve
higher customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction towards Bharat Gas in Coimbatore is at a moderate level. While
technological improvements have enhanced convenience, operational issues such as delivery
delays and poor grievance handling affect overall satisfaction. By focusing on service quality
and customer-centric strategies, Bharat Gas can improve customer loyalty and maintain a
competitive advantage

A Study Of Employee Motivation In Advertising Industry
Author: Ms. Abinaya J, Mr. Akshay R

This article presents a comprehensive study of employee motivation within the
advertising industry. The research investigates the key factors that drive workforce
engagement, job satisfaction, and overall organisational performance in a fast-paced,
creativity-driven sector. Drawing on primary survey data collected from 123 respondents
across advertising agencies, the study employs percentage analysis, chi-square tests,
ANOVA, t-tests, and weighted average analysis to examine motivational patterns across
demographics including age, gender, educational qualification, marital status,
employment type, and years of experience. The findings reveal that heavy workload,
insufficient recognition, poor work-life balance, and inadequate financial compensation
are the primary hindrances to motivation. Conversely, promotions, incentives, recognition,
and a supportive workplace culture serve as the most potent motivators. The study
concludes with actionable recommendations for HR professionals and organisational
leaders in the advertising sector.

Transition From Cod To Digital Payments: Changing Consumer Trends In Coimbatore
Author: Ms. Abinaya J, Mr. J Saravana Prabakaran

The Indian retail landscape is witnessing a seismic shift as consumers pivot from Cash on
Delivery (COD) toward digital payment mechanisms. Driven by the "Digital India" initiative,
the proliferation of affordable smartphones, and the rapid expansion of high-speed internet,
this transition marks a fundamental change in consumer behavior. This study examines the
key drivers of this evolution, including the convenience of Unified Payments Interface (UPI),
the rise of mobile wallets, and the integration of "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) services.
While COD historically dominated due to deep-seated trust issues and low credit card
penetration, the COVID-19 pandemic acted as a definitive catalyst, normalizing contactless
transactions across both urban and rural demographics. Despite this momentum, challenges
such as cyber-security concerns, digital illiteracy in Tier-3 cities, and the psychological
comfort of physical cash persist. This research analyzes the demographic shifts in payment
preferences and the strategic responses of e-commerce platforms to incentivize digital
adoption. The findings suggest that as the digital infrastructure matures, the "cash-heavy"
mindset is being replaced by a preference for seamless, instant, and rewards-driven digital
ecosystems, fundamentally redefining the future of commerce in India.

Author: T.M. Hemalatha, Ms. Stephy Inba Jesintha

This study examines the user consent mechanisms and their effectiveness in digital privacy, with
special reference to Coimbatore district. As digital services continue to expand across sectors such as
e-commerce, banking, healthcare, and social media, user consent has become a cornerstone of data
protection and privacy regulation. The study explores how individuals in Coimbatore district
understand, engage with, and respond to consent mechanisms such as cookie banners, privacy
policies, terms of service agreements, and opt-in/opt-out features. Data was collected from 90
respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using percentage analysis and chi-square
tests. Findings reveal that while a majority of users are aware of consent prompts, a significant
proportion do not read privacy policies before agreeing. The study highlights the gap between
theoretical consent and informed consent, and proposes recommendations for improving user
awareness, interface design, and regulatory compliance in digital services.

insights into student behaviour and offering practical recommendations for educators,
policymakers The proliferation of internet technologies and mobile applications has led to a
significant rise in online gambling activities, particularly among young adults and college
students. This study aims to examine the level of awareness and risk perception of online
gambling among college students, with a focus on their understanding of its legal status,
addictive nature, financial consequences, and psychological implications. The research adopts
a quantitative approach using a structured questionnaire administered to a diverse sample of
college students from different academic backgrounds. The study investigates key dimensions
such as students’ familiarity with various online gambling platforms, frequency of
engagement, motivations for participation, and sources of information. It also explores how
demographic factors, peer influence, and exposure to digital advertisements contribute to
shaping attitudes toward online gambling. The findings reveal that although a high proportion
of students are aware of online gambling and its basic functioning, there exists a limited and
often superficial understanding of its associated risks. Many respondents tend to perceive
online gambling as a recreational or harmless activity, underestimating the potential for
addiction, financial loss, academic disruption, and mental health issues such as stress and
anxiety. Furthermore, the study identifies a discrepancy between awareness and risk
perception, indicating that knowledge alone does not necessarily translate into cautious behaviour. Social influences, ease of access, and aggressive, and mental health professionals to mitigate the risks associated with online gambling

Key issues in air transport management research in India are analyzed through bibliometric methods: Research trends and Key Contributors
Author: Nancy Katiyar, Arvind Banger

Bibliometric analysis uses computer-assisted techniques to systematically identify leading
researchers, key publications, and emerging trends in a specific academic field. In this paper, we delve into the managerial and organisational dimensions of air transport research, specifically within the Indian context, providing insights into how this sector has evolved. By leveraging an analysis of existing data, this research situates Indian contributions to air transport management within a broader, more comprehensive framework of established research.

The utilisation of bibliometric analysis allows for a
detailed depiction of the content and thematic focus of research outputs. However, it is crucial to recognise that the subject keywords used in such analyses are often overly broad, hindering established researchers from refining their research focus effectively.
Additionally, this vagueness poses challenges for early-career scholars in making informed decisions regarding research topics that could substantially enhance their professional trajectory. Moreover, while this study successfully identifies prevailing research trends within Indian air transport management, it also highlights the necessity for a more nuanced approach to uncovering potential research gaps. The results indicate that the field has experienced considerable growth, particularly in critical areas such as airport efficiency, operations of low-cost carriers, service quality, and the complexities of air
cargo logistics. This growth reflects not only the growing importance of these topics in air transport but also the potential for future research to address existing gaps and deepen understanding of this dynamic industry.
